Julian and Jenny are pleased to invite you to the Art of Inner Alchemy Retreat. This is a one week Yoga immersion located in the lush mountain paradise of Costa Rica. Geared toward the soul seekers and deep-divers this retreat is designed as an exploration of all the tools Yoga provides for self mastery through daily meditation, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, all while rediscovering the more subtle parts of the practice: breathing technique, Pranayamas and Eastern Philosophy.
